Small Hotels
The small hotels offers much the same as the large resort hotels. While their services and activities are less extensive and their entertainment limited, several have their own beach or waterfront and/or pool.

With 6 lovely garden acres, dating back to the 1830's as a private residence, converted in the early 1900's. It has 71 guest rooms (43 king, 7 queen, 21 doubles) as suites and cabanas, all with TVs, in the main house and four other buildings. Other features include a Bermuda Moongate, two tennis courts, croquet lawn, two saunas and an outdoor pool.
It is Bermuda's only all-inclusive vacation site, meaning it provides all meals in its package. The dining room seats 128 guests.
Guests get beach privileges at Elbow Beach, less than a mile away, as the Harmony Club is not on beachfront. Recommended.
Anyone can stay here despite the use of "club" in the name.

With its own South Shore beach, 70 units, some with kitchenettes. Its restaurant The Jolly Lobster is worth trying.
Nearby are superb marine park facilities, some of Bermuda's finest seashore and
more beach attractions. Prominent golf course, Port Royal, is only 20 minutes away.
Note that despite the word "club," anyone can stay there.

A former manor house, on a classic Bermudian colonial estate overlooking Hamilton Harbour, it has panoramic views of the Harbor and its outer islands. Nice marine views. Not on a direct bus route but accessible by taking bus and walking hilly Cobb's Hill Road. However, on the Darrell's Wharf ferry stop.

Everything about this colony of pink cottages and a main clubhouse is attractive,
especially the flower gardens, grounds, views, small beach and cottages fronting
beautiful and tranquil Harrington Sound. This is the most central place
geographically to stay in Bermuda, for daily, easy-to-manage, sightseeing trips by
bus, moped or taxi.
Facilities include the cottages with exceptional views; a much-favored restaurant overlooking the pool, a Bermuda Moongate
and Harrington Sound; an attractive beach tucked away in its own little wedge of Harrington Sound; and a delightful little
English-style "pub." Guests get transported to golf and tennis facilities and more beaches.

Facilities include the main building, 64 rooms, beach, nice restaurant, 2 tennis
courts and fresh water pool. All rooms have terraces or balconies overlooking
the magnificent South Shore ocean. The beach here is out of this world. It is not
big but it has the most incredible "boiler reefs" just offshore that at low tide are
like fabulous natural swimming and picnic pools in the ocean.
It is quite safe on most days to swim out to these structures and many guests of the hotel do so. Stonington Beach is wheelchair
accessible.

Buses do not pass by but the bus terminal - and the ferry terminal - are both within easy walking distance.
This is a beautiful and very elegant 18th century manor house on the outskirts of
downtown city of Hamilton. It has 32 rooms, suites and private pool.
There are also guests' dock and launch, sailing and watersports. The historic and graceful
premises are set amidst terraced, courtyard gardens, with Hamilton harborside patios
and panoramic views. It is one of the Relais et Chateux registered properties. This
French organization is the world's most prestigious association of hoteliers, hotels and
restaurants.
